Cancellation / Refund Policy

To reschedule your class, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. No-shows will forfeit the full payment.

Cancellations and Refunds: A $15 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. Refunds are not available for cancellations made on or after the day of your scheduled class or for any rescheduled class.

You may reschedule once within 90 days of your original class date. After that, the funds are forfeited.

We understand that unexpected changes can occur—please call us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Keep in mind, we save a seat for you in class and an Instructor is expecting your arrival.
