By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

• Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to book a class or make a purchase through our website.

• Booking & Payments

All class bookings must be made through our online system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, etc.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please refer to our Cancellation/Refund Policy for full details.

You must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to reschedule.

A $15 processing fee applies to cancellations requesting a refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after the day of the class or for rescheduled courses.

You may reschedule one time within 90 days of the original class date.

By using our Services, you agree:

To follow all safety instructions and policies provided during class.

• Intellectual Property

• Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in our CPR classes, unless caused by our proven gross negligence. Our training is not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency services.

• Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time so please review it frequently. Continued use of our Services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
