Service Description
Add-on session to BLS. The Heartsaver First Aid course trains participants first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance of your class appointment. Cancellations / Refunds will require a $15 processing fee. Last minute changes happen but please call Innovative Heart immediately to reschedule appropriately. You may reschedule one time only within 90 days or forfeit funds. We are a small business and appreciate your prompt communication if you should need to reschedule. No refund will be given for cancellations (on or after the day of the initial course) or any rescheduled course.
